The company’s exec. board commissioned us to facilitate a creative session to boost engagement for 220 BAME colleagues from across their business.
To prepare, we conducted extensive research into Diversity & Inclusion in regards to policy and how this is realised and understood in work culture. Following the 1-hour, high energy, interactive session. we provided feedback and advice to BAME members at a post-event fair.
Our session to the board and BAME colleagues helped kick-start engagement and the successful roll-out of the initiative across their business.
