Solving a long-term retention challenge that unlocked sustained growth across 690 opticians.
Boots Opticians had retention issues with a particular cohort of employees. The high churn not only negatively impacted the morale but also had knock-on effects on operations, on revenue generation and particularly on costs. We were asked to get to the bottom of this issue.
